30 Years in Business

2021 marks the 30th anniversary of the Zoeller Engineered Products brand. In October of 1989 Zoeller acquired Kenco Pumps from Virginia bankruptcy court. Once all equipment was moved to Louisville, a small team of young professionals; John Zoeller (Current CEO), Steve Doolittle (recently retired), John Enyard (recently retired) were assigned to take this new venture to fruition while maintaining the core values of the Zoeller brand. The first sale and sales meeting occurred in Louisville in 1991, and ZEP was officially up and running. There were many bumps along the way, but the desire, passion, and dedication never waned. The sales force back then was a very small group who were also dedicated to growing the brand in the commercial market. Today, ZEP has 46 professional independent rep agencies around the country and serves not only the commercial market but also the municipal market. ZEP is not limited to the US borders but is also sold throughout the world. If you need a pump built-to-order between 0.5 HP and 60 HP, and you need it fast (3 weeks or less 20 HP and down), we are standing by to serve you.
